Have you tried horned melon before? I hadn’t, but Selah & I spotted them at Vons on sale and had to try, knowing next to nothing about them. We now know they are relatives of the cucumber, taste a little bit the same as a cucumber with a hint of lime, aren’t very sweet or “melon-like”, and are a favorite of Selah! I’m so happy I have an adventurous eater on my hands! 🙂
