Princess & the Pea

This reminds me of the fairytale, except I think the princess was on top of the mattresses in that one, and could still feel the pea below. Our little sick pea insisted on everything within reach be stacked upon her…

And, of course, Mr. Turtle couldn’t be left out…and her final request was, “Mommy too, Daddy too!”…unfortunately the execution of that scenario was logistically more difficult than the blanket/pillow ensemble, but she survived! 😉
