Those who know me know that my absolute favorite spot in the world is the lake. Most specifically, our lake at my parents’ lake house. We took Selah pretty early on as a baby, and Asher we’ve procrastinated a little and just took him a few weekends ago on my mom’s birthday.
Selah was a champ and swam until her little heart was content (& arm & legs were raw from the life jacket, unfortunately). She literally has to have swam a half mile back and forth from the shore to the boat. It was SO sweet for me to enjoy watching her enjoy my favorite memory of childhood.
